Welcome to ROW Ai ("we," "us," "our," or "the App"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ROW Ai mobile application, including all features, content, and services offered through it (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using ROW Ai, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
ROW Ai is an AI-powered chatbot assistant that provides conversational responses, informational support, and general assistance for personal, educational, and business productivity purposes. Responses are generated using artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. ROW Ai should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).
3. User Accounts
You are required to create an account to access certain features of ROW Ai.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
- You agree to notify us immediately at rowai.us@outlook.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe, in our sole discretion, violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or pose a risk to the Service or other users.
4. Acceptable Use
When using ROW Ai, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the underlying models, source code, or algorithms powering the Service.
- Use the Service to generate, distribute, or store content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or any connected networks.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our prior written consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
5. Subscription, Fees & Payment
Certain features of ROW Ai may be offered on a paid or subscription basis. Where applicable:
- Prices, billing cycles, and available plans will be clearly displayed within the App or at the point of purchase.
- Payments are processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to that platform's payment terms.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date, in accordance with the applicable app store's policies.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the app store through which the purchase was made.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, trademarks, and underlying technology associated with ROW Ai are the property of ROW Ai or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
7. User Content
If you submit prompts, messages, or other content to ROW Ai ("User Content"), you retain ownership of that content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use it solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit and confirm that it does not violate any third party's rights or applicable law.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
ROW Ai uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation.
- You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it for important decisions.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any response generated by the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, including discontinuation of the Service. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at rowai.us@outlook.com or through the account settings within the App.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROW Ai and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ROW Ai operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
