4. Subscriptions and Payments
ROW Ai offers auto-renewable subscriptions (ROW AI Pro) through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
All payments are processed directly by Apple or Google, not by us. We do not collect or store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment details.
When you subscribe, Apple or Google may share limited transaction information with us, such as your subscription status, plan type, and renewal date, so we can provide you with the correct level of access to the Service.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Refunds for subscription purchases are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
5. Data Storage & Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information for a longer period where required by law, for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention), or to resolve disputes.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
